Remove helping hints - Story 4.21

As a Lecturer/TA, I should be able to remove helping tips

Success Scenario

• The TA clicks 'remove' beside helping tip he/she wants to remove in the problem edit page and then click on 'Submit'.
• The TA is notified that the changes were made and if he/she wants to add another change or exit.

Failure Scenario

• TA did not click on 'Save' button and tries to navigate out of the page :
  Warning message 'PLease Submit changes' with two buttons 'continue without saving' or 'Return to the page'.
