TLSwitch is a 1-in, multi-out node. Diplomatic outwards connections construct the outward IO.
A select pin into TLSwitch should be driven before reset is deasserted (this should not be memory mapped).
The effect is that a series of outwards connections into the obus can be used to generate a selectable c2c link.
