Changes Made:

• Added Terraform for deploying EKS and ArgoCD
• Added GitHub Actions CI for automating Docker image build, push to DockerHub, and updating the image tag in values.yaml
• Added new app "counter-better" as a better version of counter-service
• Added ArgoCD files for deploying counter apps and authintication with Git and Helm Charts for the counter applications

You can also access the app via Ingress by adding the appropriate DNS entry to your /etc/hosts file
