I am contacting you to recover the user of the package eTraGo on test.pypi, which was created during my activities in the open source research project eTraGo of open_eGo.

My former colleague and project members @ClaraBuettner had contacted you in this regard in #3627.

We would like to change the owner afterwards. Are there any other points that need to be considered?
