Reasons for the request

Dear community,

we would like to change the owner of our package eTraGo on test.pypi. The current owner of the project is a former colleague of ours, he does not have access to his test.pypi account anymore. He lost his password and the account was connected to the mail address of his former employer which is not accessible anymore.
We would like to use test.pypi to further develop our tool, but need owner rights to be able to use all functionalities (e.g. adding new maintainers).

On pypi the package owner is another person so we do not have any problems there.

We contacted the current owner @wolfbunke . He informed us that he does not have access to his account anymore and suggested transferring the ownership to one of us.

Wonderful, closing this issue as account recovery is a better resolution for this.
