Patch git clone

Description

Patch git clone using git stash first

This should not mather as it is intended as a pull only, you are supposed to not edit any files in the panel itself.

I know that @QuintenQVD0 the stash isn't even kept it's just so git knows that the server is not up to date.
If you don't do that then it will always say that local is up to date even though it's out of sync with the git repo
