You'll need a whole pile of packages (a recent version of TeX-Live will do), plus additional fonts (namely URW-Garamond):

and then this sequence compiles the document:

$ latex pobam
$ biber pobam
$ latex pobam
$ latex pobam
$ dvips pobam
$ ps2pdf pobam.ps

then you'll have pobam.pdf all ready!
