Quality Metric Tool

Introduction

These scripts were created for our project (5G-Playground), which is used to perform various metric calculations for our test video sequences.

Parameters that are necessary:

--raw= raw video file
--coded= coded video file
--colSpace= color space (RGB, YUV)
--metric= metric to perform
