• minimum required VS Code version: 1.24
• download VSIX file
• select extension sidebar (CTRL + SHIFT + X)
• click on More (icon in upper-right corner of the sidebar)
• select Install from VSIX...
• start VS Code with code --enable-proposed-api mkloubert.vscode-remote-workspace

• should support everything

Text search in files

• does only support simple text search
• no RegEx
• no word match
• max file size 1 MB, because they are downloaded
• no "binary files" (this has nothing to do with the filename ... the content is checked via isBinaryFile module)
