This is for those cases where a disbursement either: - Is rejected by SOP due to invalid details - Is rejected by the recipient/receiving bank - Is requested to be cancelled subsequent to confirmation, prior to sending The assumption is that when cancelling a disbursement, the money will have been refunded to the sender's NOMIS account.
