This PR replaces the Schedule view with the Appointments view.
Please note, that the actions buttons (both the create appointment button in the header and the manage appointment buttons on each appointment) have been included but have been tagged with the
govuk-visually-hiddenclass so they do not display. This is to make it easier for the development of the create and update flow in the future.
