The yamls/deploy subdirectory was originally used because the auto-genned yamls would be saves to yamls/. Auto-genned yamls are now written to tmp/yamls to make it clearer that they are ephemeral. This change updates the deployment so any yamls in yamls subdirectory gets deployed on deploy_spacefx.sh
