增加 hover 配置项，默认: hover: false

如果tips中的内容比较长，设定的3秒钟自动关闭时间太短。
hover：true // 鼠标移入tips关闭定时器，鼠标移出重新开始定时

tips 如果内容很多，几秒钟就消失体验不好。
需要鼠标控制 tips的 隐藏。
