I created a new project with this version of bootstrap. Then I created a new deployment, generated it, built it, and ran it on my machine without issue. |

I suspect this change may break our CI in various unexpected places, or at least in the cookiecutter CI tests. I'm going to need a minute to evaluate how to move forward. |

Making
fprime-bootstrap projectcreate thelibfile structure withfprimeinside of it. This aligns with the standard file structure we plan to have for future projects.
