feat(a380x/fcu): automatically select LS on LOC or APPR arming

Automatically displays deviation scales on PFD once LOC or APPR FCU buttons are active.

Testing instructions

1. With a valid localizer/ILS signal tuned press the APPR button on the FCU.
2. Verify deviation scales automatically appear on both PFDs and the "LS" light illuminates on both sides on the efis control panel.
3. Deselect LS on either side and repeat the previous process but with the LOC button.
