align with cryo new datasets, note 4byte_counts alias is suppressed.
adds list index to get last two numbers, since erc20 and erc721 mess with it otherwise

updates cryogen to conform with new changes from cryo, including adding new datasets and adding compatibility with datasets with numbers on them that would otherwise confuse the block file name regex.
