add hdmi rx configuration for friendlyelec cm3588 #7648

Description

While there is an overlay which allows to enable HDMI-RX on CM3588 it will throw an error in dmesg and will not work, because the 5V detection pin is not configured.

This patch adds it for FriendlyElec CM3588
