TraitDB Archival

This is the TraitDB version currently deployed as an application at NESCent on a development server, and planned to be the one deployed for the Tree of Sex dataset by NESCent working group member Heath Blackmon (see The Tree of Sex Consortium (2014) Tree of Sex: A database of sexual systems.
