Removed obsolete London feeds from systems.csv

## What's Changed
Remove 2 obsolete London feeds from systems.csv due to permanent system shut down:

- Dott shut down operations in London ([e-bikes](https://www.cityam.com/dott-ends-london-e-bike-service-due-to-high-fees-and-varied-regulations/) in Sept 2023 and [e-scooters](https://www.cityam.com/dott-ditches-london-after-withdrawing-financially-unsustainable-e-scooters/) in March 2024)
- Beryl shut down operations in London ([locations](https://beryl.cc/where-you-can-hire))
