First build

QSPI.zip includes the following builds:

• Linux x64:
  QSPI/Linux/x64/libQSPIAnalyzer.so
• MacOS:
  QSPI/MacOS/libQSPIAnalyzer.dylib
• Windows 32 bit:
  QSPI/Windows/x32/QSPIAnalyzer.dll
• Windows 64 bit:
  QSPI/Windows/x64/QSPIAnalyzer.dll

I have not tested the analyzer, this is a direct build of this QSPI decoder implementation.
