dayjs 1.11.10 把 MILLISECONDS_A_MONTH 从 MILLISECONDS_A_DAY * 30 改成了 MILLISECONDS_A_YEAR / 12，导致所有涉及 month 的计算都要重新写
另外 dayjs.duration 中 weeks 参数也不能用，我已经向 dayjs 提交了一个 PR 试图修复该问题
