Dear phytop developer,

Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for creating such a useful tool. I have been using phytop recently and have had a great experience with it. However, I have a couple of suggestions that I believe could further enhance its functionality.

Display Node Names in PDF Output
Currently, the PDF output does not show the names of the tree nodes (e.g., N3 to N100). It would be extremely helpful if these node names could be displayed in the PDF file. This would allow users to easily identify and reference specific nodes when analyzing the tree structure. Additionally, having the node names in the PDF would make it much easier to match the tree nodes with the corresponding entries in the output TSV file's first column.

Align Labels at Tree Endpoints in PDF Output
I noticed that the labels at the endpoints of the tree in the PDF output are not aligned. It would be great if the labels could be aligned similarly to how they are in the output of phyparts. This alignment would improve the visual presentation of the tree and make it more intuitive for users to read and interpret the information.

I believe that implementing these features would greatly benefit the users of phytop and make the tool even more powerful and user-friendly. Thank you for considering my suggestions.

Best regards,

Wei GU
