[Feature] Ability to deploy AWS changes without code change #17

It'd be great to be able to do AWS changes (e.g. CDN config, domain/certs config, cron on/off, warmup) without a full build and deploy.

I'm aware it's not trivial but thought i'd leave the comment here!
