Get a error in version 9.4.2.

Error:

line 8, column 16: This is not an EAGLE file.

Thank you for the bug report.

I currently do not have any version of EAGLE installed, let alone v9.4.2, so I am not really in a place to troubleshoot. Do you know which file, library, footprint, part, symbol, etc. the error information is in reference?
