integrate/download subtitles file if available

Even though there are until now only for a few talks on media.ccc.de subtitles available, it would be very cool, if the kodi plugin could manage download of subtitles that are available according to the internal subtitles management of Kodi.

That is especially interesting for the opening event of 32C3, which has quite crappy audio and for which a finished subtitles file already has been provided.

we are working on the media.ccc.de side to integrate subtitles into the publishing api, as soon as this is done the client api will follow and then this plugin can use it. Stay tuned.
