Mohamed Said created a Forge SDK that would probably work better than what I've cooked up and has more features.

@vmitchell85 Could we start with small, and implement deploy from forge-SDK and than move to other features one by one?

We could do that but I'm not sure how much benefit it would bring. Most of the classes are similar, so once a good method is determined then it will probably be fairly easy to propagate to all features.

Feel free to submit a PR for just Deploy and we can see how easy it'll be to implement elsewhere.
