這個 Issue 是不是應該開在後端

後端也有開。這個如果前端能擋住，使用者體驗會比較好，但 priority 是 low，其他的先處理完再弄這個。

後端部分OK，所以這邊剩UX (使用者要知道為什麼預約不成功)
