原本資訊只有這樣：

考量到使用者向我們反應的時候，若未提供任何資訊，將造成操作及調查上的困難。

加上錯誤代碼
更改文字說明，提示使用者在聯絡管理單位的時候一併提供錯誤代碼
新增聯絡管理單位按鈕，將錯誤訊息內容、收件人、主旨等資訊預填入信件草稿（設定 mailto 屬性）
