Appears to be outputting info for each linked article, whether or not there was an issue with it:

I'm sure I wrote a response somewhere in the last few days, but between Zulip, Discord, and GitHub, I can't find it again so I'll repeat what I think I said:

  1. Yes, the console debug messages are nothing to do with whether or not problems are found.
  2. The console messages indicate that the functions are being used inefficiently, and having to fetch many individual files which means that the check will be running very slow.

I think if you looked to see how your Book Package App called the checks, you'd find use of the parameters listed under Checking Options in this README (about half-way down). If you have downloaded a zip file, using that already downloaded information will make the check run much more quickly (and those console debug statements won't be there then).

Also your other issue would also solve this once implemented.
