Change the link for the Organization website button

-After the user logs in, the Organization is visible and the <> button goes to the Organization’s website.
When the user clicks the <> icon, they should be directed to the organization's door43 homepage.
ex: for uW, the <> icon on Select Organization should direct to https://git.door43.org/unfoldingWord

• Provide a tool tip for the button that reads '' Go to door43.org''
