kde partition manager bug

Describe the bug

when i went to a website to get kde partition manager i get this error from discover "could not open appstream://org.kde.partitionmanager.desktop because it was not found in any software repositories"

What did you expect to happen?

find and install kde partition manager

Opening the link appstream://org.kde.partitionmanager.desktop with Discover app shows the described error.
However, partitionmanager is already installed in the system.
