Add gnome-terminal customized profile

1. update dconf file:

• look for org/gnome/terminal/legacy/profiles:/...

2. update firstboot script I think you are no longer using a bash script to initialize OS after firstboot. However with a few gsettings commands you can create the gome-terminal profile ids that were set in the dconf file in step 1.
