ublue-firstboot: tighten the code with a for-loop

add all apps in an array to cut down number of lines and edit points when you want to alter the app set
the echo "xx" logic becomes a bit uglier unless some tidying is done

Thanks! I am holding out a bit for a cleaner way to install apps, hopefully something that we can just keep a list of apps in the repo. I tried a well known ansible playbook but it expects to write to /var so seeing what recommendations we can come up with to make that cleaner.
