Add Footer Component to All Email Templates for Consistency

Scope & Context

This is a follow up to #9288. Look at this conversation for context.

We are working on ensuring consistency across all email templates by including the existing Footer component in all emails. This will prepare for future functionality, such as adding a "manage your preferences" button, and ensure all emails follow a cohesive design.

Current behavior

Currently, not all email templates include the Footer component. This inconsistency could lead to issues with branding and functionality in the future.

Expected behavior

Once this follow-up is complete, all existing email templates in the twenty-emails repository will include the existing Footer component.
