描述：
Picker选择器在编译为微信小程序时（h5没有问题），change选中后，立即点完成，结果：选中不是当前选中的，而是上一个change选中的项，但是打开弹窗又是正常选中的，说明在confirm后存在选中项更新慢的问题，导致confirm将老的数据返回
