[BUG] "Potential Join Columns" and "Resources" tabs are not scrollable #375

Describe the bug
"Potential Join Columns" and "Resources" tabs are not scrollable.

To Reproduce
Open a dataset with a large "Potential Join Columns" table and you can't scroll the page down.

Go to https://scout.tsdataclinic.com/explore/NYC/dataset/djnb-wcxt/joins
Go to "Potential Join Columns" and try to scroll down.
Same goes for the "Resources" tab: https://scout.tsdataclinic.com/explore/NYC/dataset/djnb-wcxt/resources

Expected behavior
Scrolling should work.
