Replace frontend framework

The currently used frontend framework Seed must be replaced.

Motivation

• Seed is unmaintained. The last activity was in early 2023.
• Removing the need to maintain a fork of Seed. The fork is necessary due to the following issues:
  • Seed cannot be updated beyond 0.8 due to a newly introduced bug (DOM node is not attached to ElRef under some conditions seed-rs/seed#685).
  • wasm-bindgen cannot be updated beyond 0.2.80 (Seed 0.8 accepting the newest wasm-bindgen seed-rs/seed#698).
  • The Rust toolchain cannot be updated beyond 1.77.2 (Occasional panic #73).

  • Con: Apparently not very active maintenance (last release in late 2023, no response to recent issues)
