Problem statement

As a researcher setting up a research question, I would like to ask question that involve multiple patches running simultaneously. This could include

  • patches of different age (realised meta population)
  • patches with different local environments but sharing dispersers (e.g. different soil types)
  • patches along a gradient of grid, loosely connect by dispersal
