Merge - Table of contents from file names - RTL not supported

Hello,

When creating table of contents during merge files, from file names in Hebrew (I assume all RTL language are the same) the TOC is not readable - it is formatted as LTR instead of RTL, so the letters are not in the right order.

Interestingly, the "Add a Footer" from file name is displayed correctly in Hebrew on each merged page, but the TOC is in wrong direction and the letters are in the wrong order.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
