Pushed some of the awards via the API and posted the remaining in #data Because they required manual award number mappings.

After the awards from #data were uploaded some of the awards started to have dupes showing.

I don't know what's wrong 😭 On the admin panel the awards look fine. It's likely a caching issue but right now we don't have the tools to properly debug it on the py3 side.
