Description

ptr is used to execute tests written in python. See this section of the Terragraph documentation for more details on how it is used in meta-terragraph.

The ptr configuration and run_ptr.sh script were developed for Meta internal-infrastructure. When run from the terragraph-image-x86 rootfs (after executing sudo chroot . in the rootfs directory), run_ptr.sh will fail to execute. Update the ptr configuration and the run_ptr.sh script so that it works on generic hosts.

ptr config is fixed in #15. Still may need to update run_ptr.sh though.
