Build a grafana dashboard and publish it for others to use

We rely a lot on Temporal and would like to have more visibility into it.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Grafana dashboard which builds visualisations on top of prominent datasources like Prometheus, Victoria Metrics etc.

Additional context
This Grafana dashboard should be published so that we can import it and use it. Other alternative is to have the json file somewhere for us to download
