根本的にはサーバ側が解決するのを待つ必要がある。
Mastodonの改善ですむならサーバのバージョンを見て強制変換の有無を切り替えればよいが、
ImageMagickの問題だと「サーバ側がどのImageMagickを使ってるか」判断するのが困難なので変換の有無を判断することが難しい
