This should live on XWiki and detail everything about how one can edit the content of the website:

How to login / request access
How Markdown and JSON works
How to make a draft (on staging) and how to publish a change to the website (push to master)
What to do if something went wrong
What kinds of components are available and what they can be used for (sog-map, sog-link, sog-tiles, ...)
...
