[PAIR] Scaffold the web-client

Now that we have our web-client Spike it's time to think up of a proper project structure and build a stable foundation for our further activities.

Acceptance criteria:
💡 Thought about and documented (optional) about the different options in designing the web-client project structure.
💡 The web-client has a well established scaffolding and each team member knows where each item belongs to.
