Describe the bug

SO - I have a form that is connected to an external DB (supabase) - I am now trying to add a simple 'upload image' button on the form and the system keeps telling me it is done... then it is not. I then say it is not working... it says it 'sees the problem'... but then the fix - does not work. Over... and over..... I want to be able to justify purchasing this tool - but if me as a non developer cannot justify it if I can't get it to resolve things that it says it 'sees the problem'.
