Plans for .NET 4.5 WebClient Async/Await?

Any plans to migrate to .NET 4.5 and WebClient?

I created a fork with the necessary changes, moved to JSON.NET and updated all the unit tests to be async aware ... but unless you plan to .NET 4.5 it doesn't seem worth a pull request as it's not backward compatible).
