Zach mentioned that JWST and Romancal tests generate and upload JSON difference files which are read by the okify_regtests script to "okify" the truth files to a specific test run; as it is, the Drizzlepac github actions test job runs the same upload command and attempts to upload any JSON it finds to the "drizzlepac-results/" directory on artifactory.
The problem seems that Drizzlepac doesn't generate the same type of JSON files needed for the okify script. This ticket is to investigate the best way forward, either by using the okify script and altering the drizzlepac code, or copying and altering the okify script.

While the okify script is not set up to easily work with our regression tests, I have altered the artifactory upload commands to put new truth files in the correct locations.
