Visual Studio: Cody is picking up temp filename as a context when a new file is created. #75

Describe the bug

Platform: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have Cody plugin installed in your Visual Studio editor
  2. Login to Cody with Free/Pro user
  3. Create a new file i.e. JavaScript File
  4. Check the Cody chat textbox and verify the filename

Observed behavior:

Temp filename appears as a chat context in Cody. You can check by hovering the mouse over the filename.

Expected behavior

Cody should pick a valid filename appears in the editor.
