Manual adjustments for page size, "L" shaped touch areas

Hey, thanks again for jumping on this idea and starting this plugin! I've been wishing for months this existed, and you've created it overnight!

I got it working and it does exactly what I need, except that one line of text is missing between two pages. I think this may have to be solved with a manual setting, as EinkBro does it, because some people may show the bottom bar in Obsidian and others may hide it. If we could adjust the amount of paging in the plugin settings, that may solve it.

The other enhancement that would be great is if tapping on the right and left would also trigger paging. EinkBro only registers taps on the left and right side, but my ebook reader Librera solves this well by creating L-shaped tapping areas that cover both the bottom and right side of the screen, as well as the top and left side. I'll send a sketch in a moment that shows what I mean.
